Phase 1B East: New 46,000 SQFT two story building addition estimated at $50,000,000.00 and being constructed May 2026 through May 2028. Phase 1A Admin Building: Exterior improvements and renovation of an existing building for future administration office space estimated at $2,500,000 and being constructed late 2026 through October 2027. Phase 1A PBB Install: Install (6) new passenger boarding bridges, relocate (1) existing passenger boarding bridge for new Terminal Phase 1A and 1B West; installation starting September 2026. Phase 1A FFE: Furnish and install furniture for new Terminal Phase 1A and 1B West; installation starting May 2026. Bidders are to pay specific attention to Weitz/Turner, A Joint Venture Exhibit A Bid Package Scopes of Work that define specific scopes of work for each bid package. Bidders shall also review project specific agreement terms within Exhibits B, C, D, E, G, and H which require acknowledgement during bid submission and make up the subcontract agreement terms.
