As of August 12, 2025, 7/30/2025 was the notice to proceed date Description: A. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Electrical work consisting of furnishing and installing a total of six (6) new on-grade floor box outlets, four (4) in the Board Room and two (2) in the Planning Conference Room. Furnishing and installing raceways from the floor boxes to the accessible wall areas and to the ceiling for connection to existing races. Raceways will include conduits placed in concrete. Electrical work includes furnishing and installing dedicated circuits to each floor box to the nearest panel, strings in conduit for data cabling, six (6) combination data outlets and six (6) power outlets behind the proposed six (6) TV monitors (by others) with the remaining one (1) power outlet located on the north proposed wall, wiring for the power to the receptacles at the monitors, data rough-in for proposed TV monitors (by others) and cameras (by others), demolition and removal of one(1) existing floor box, and demolition and replacement for electrical in interior walls that will be removed or relocated as part of the project. 2. Masonry/flooring and Carpentry work consists of sawing and removing existing floor to provide channels for the electrical work, placement of concrete around conduit, mud slabs under floor boxes, pouring the floor back flush with the existing concrete slab for future permanent carpet installation (by others), demolition and removal of moving partition walls, demolition and removal of walls and doors, installation of plywood backer boards for the proposed six (6) TV monitors (by others) and framing and building out proposed walls for additional storage spaces. 3.
