Site work and paving for a civil project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The improvement includes grading, on-site earthwork, earthwork export, Portland Concrete Cement (PCC) pavement removal, storm sewer, intakes, traffic control, restoration, seeding, and other miscellaneous associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 676-001/022, located along the Des Moines River between SE 14th Street and SE 9th Street, Des Moines, Iowa. The Citys Overall Annual DBE/TSB Goal for this project is 5.72% This project shall be fully completed not later than September 4, 2026. Preletting Conference. None. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
