The new four-story Technology and Health Building at Mt. San Antonio College will bring together programs currently spread across six separate locations, including modular buildings, the Health Careers facility, and the existing Technology buildings. This transformative 273,000-square-foot facility will support 10 departments and 26 academic programs, consolidating them into a single, innovative learning environment. Not only will this be the largest building on Mt. SAC's campus, but it will also be the largest instructional facility of any community college in California. Failure to submit in the described formats and space limitations may, at the sole judgment of the District, result in a Proposal being considered as non-responsive. Proposals should be prepared in such a way as to provide a straightforward, concise delineation of capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this RFP.
