The campus is seeking a qualified contractor to perform annual pumping, cleaning, and disposal services for nine (9) clarifiers and six (6) grease interceptors located throughout the college. Services must include removal of all waste materials, proper disposal in accordance with local environmental regulations, and documentation of volumes pumped and conditions observed. Work shall be scheduled in coordination with campus staff to minimize disruption to operations. Mt. SAC is a single-campus California community college district that annually currently serves over 50,000 full-time equivalent credit and noncredit students. As the campus continues to grow and Los Angeles County regulatory requirements become more stringent, the College is seeking to establish a comprehensive 5-year agreement for these services to support improved planning, compliance, and operational efficiency.
