The City of Elk Grove (City) is accepting proposals from qualified Consultants for Professional Engineering Services for the Whitlock Pkwy/State Route 99 Interchange Project (WTR009, Federal Aid# 5479-079) to provide preliminary engineering services necessary for the completion of the environmental documents, preparation of plans, technical specifications and estimate including bid estimate, award phase services, and design services during construction in accordance with the included specifications, terms, and conditions shown in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Prospective respondents are advised to read this information over carefully prior to submitting a proposal. The Consultant shall provide the preliminary engineering services necessary for the completion of the environmental documents, preparation of plans, technical specifications and estimate including bid, award phase services, and design services during construction.
