Upgrades shall be completed during the 2025 calendar year; September 2025 - December 2025. Streetlights: For the purpose of this contract, shall be understood to mean the luminaire, including lamp, reflector, refractor, leads, contacts, socket, housing, ballast, photo-cells relays, fuses, bird deterrents, hardened lenses.
