Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hickory Grove, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium; and educational facility.
Plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered metal building on a pre-graded site to include all interior finishes, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and any final site components. The building will house a dirt floor arena, spectator seating, concessions area, multi-purpose room, restrooms and support areas. The Contractor's Scope of work shall consist of a pre-engineered metal building on a pre-graded site, all associated finishes, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, as well as finalizing components for a new Agricultural Arena. The interior of the building includes 1,500 seat aluminum bleachers, required toilet facilities, concession area and a multi-use space. York School District One is accepting Bids from Contractors to provide services as described, but not limited to, the scope outlined within the Construction Documents. The scope of this project consists of building a pre-engineered metal building on a pre-graded site, all associated finishes, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, as well as finalizing site components for a new Agriculture Arena.
