Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The upgrade of the Center Street WWTP Plant Service Water system includes the following: 1. Plant Service Water Pump Station a. Demolition of the existing pump station b. Construction of the new facility c. Micropile foundation 2. Yard Piping 3. Site Civil including grading, excavation, removal and repair of roadway 4. SCADA System Implementation Bid shall be on a firm lump sum price for each of the Bid Items identified on the Bid Form. Bidding Documents supply the following information: Company name, contact person, street address, phone number, and email address for point of contact; S.C. contractor's license with limitation and classification; indicate if the firm will be a Prime bidder, Supplier or Sub-Contractor. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for sets of Bidding Documents, including any addenda, obtained from a source other than the Issuing Office (Hazen and Sawyer). Question Deadline 09/04/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER and OWNER in writing Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
