Site work for a civil project in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Procurement Division for the Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) will receive Bids from qualified and interested Bidders the construction of quick-build traffic calming improvements on Center Street and McCants Drive, as specified within the Bid Documents contained herein. The work will consist of, but is not limited to, placement of two temporary neighborhood roundabouts, pavement markings, and sign installation. Work also includes any necessary traffic control in accordance with the detour plans included as attachment E. The construction time for this project shall be forty-five (45) calendar days from the commencement date in the Notice to Proceed. Reference the attached construction plans for a more complete description of the pedestrian improvements.
