Renovation of a military facility in Dubois, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN IDAHO*** A. This is a solicitation for Project # Indian Creek Fence Construction, Dubois, Idaho. B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office requires construction of approximately 1,281 rod of four-wire fence with wood anchor structures, 2 four-wire gates, 6 double swing four-wire gates, and 2 steel gates. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See specifications and attachments for further information. C. A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. See solicitation document for more information regarding the site visit including instructions to RSVP. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt I in order to identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. D. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than June 26, 2025 by 5:00 PM Mountain Time. All questions will be responded to through beta.sam.gov (GPE) only. E. The period of performance for this project is 75 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed (NTP). NTP will be issued 10 days after the date the contract is awarded. F. The disclosure of magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(c). G. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990, size standard of $19.0 million. H. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project. I. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official SAM.gov website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors shall register at SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to solicitation. J. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be considered for award. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work includes construction of approximately 1,281 rod of four-wire fence with wood anchor structures, 2 four-wire gates, 6 double swing four-wire gates, and 2 steel gates. There are three separate locations of fence to be constructed which are labeled in the contract maps as follows: West Fence, East Fence and Exclosure Fence. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and supplies to complete the project.
