Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Dubois, Idaho. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
This proposal is for the contractor to remove the existing single span bridge and replace it with a premanufactured steel bridge with cast-in place reinforced concrete abutments. Additional work includes roadway approach construction and permitted creek alterations including placing riprap. Bridge is located approx. 1.6 miles southeast from the Red Road / A-2 intersection.
