**As of July 24,2025, the project was awarded to Earth, Inc., with an awarded amount of $135,992.25.** Yellowstone Drive, approximately 1550' east of Mallard Avenue. The project includes a 217' extension of 12-inch ductile iron water main and related items, installation of a bored 2" HDPE water service lateral, and a 100' extension of a 6-inch PVC sanitary sewer service lateral. This project is not intended to disturb any pavement. Restoration is expected to consist of turf restoration. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 1, 2025 All contractors who intend to submit a bid and are not prequalified must submit an annual prequalification statement on forms provided on the City's website, which will determine their qualification for the proposed construction. These statements must be returned no later than 4:00 pm, Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Failure to comply with the above shall result in the rejection of the proposal submitted by the bidder
