BP01-Grant Elementary School Building Addition and Renovation Mechanical, lighting and ceilings renovations throughout the entire building, with (2) new additions to include secured entries, office areas, and mechanical spaces, limited interior remodel of (2) new flex classrooms in the individualized instruction area. Site civil improvements to include new underground drainage systems, reworked parking lot base, new paving, curbs and sidewalks. Bid Bonds are not required. Upon acceptance of bid, awarded contractor will file the required performance and payment bonds within the allotted time period after notice of award of contract per construction documents. Performance and Payment bond costs will be included in the lump sum bid total. The Board of Education and Nexus Solutions reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids and waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding.
