Site civil improvements to include new underground utilities, drainage systems, reworked parking lot base, new paving, curbs and sidewalks. Bids shall be submitted on the bid form provided by the Bid Documents. The completed bid form shall be submitted without alterations, additions or erasures to Nexus Solutions, LLC., Project Manager Chris Ledden via the Nexus Solutions project management software Procore.com. Each bidder will receive a bid invitation email which provides instructions for logging on to Procore.com and the process for submitting secure bids. Lump sum bids for the defined work scopes are solicited from contractors specializing in, or highly experienced in this work. Contractors, review the bid documents prior to bidding, concessions to the contract will not be given after bidding Bid Bonds are not required. Upon acceptance of bid, awarded contractor will file the required performance and payment bonds within the allotted time period after notice of award of contract per construction documents. Performance and Payment bond costs must be included in the lump sum bid total.
