Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work for this contract includes but is not limited to the following general descriptions. Walnut Road between CTH 'CCC' and CTH 'WH' (approximately 9,300 feet) is to be reconditioned asphalt pavement roadway and ditches. Work will be the removal of the existing pavement, base, and culverts, proposed grading for road widening, slopes, and minor ditch work, installation of aggregate base, asphalt pavement roadway, gravel shoulders, and culvert crossings, in accordance with plans and specifications. Bids are requested for the ARIP Roadway Improvements Walnut Road contract. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Town of Marshfield reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
