Site work and paving for a road / highway in St. Francois Township, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Wayne County request qualifications for preliminary engineering services, cost estimate, and subsequent engineering design services to assist in a proposed paving project to be partially financed with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) FY25 funds. The proposed project consists of replacing and improving Wayne 341 near Piedmont for up to the allowable cost amount of $500.000. Information provided to Wayne County must include: 1. The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to street and transportation improvements or related work. 2. The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within a period of twelve months beginning {Date of initial advertisement). 3. The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules. 4. The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located. 5. References from previous clients of related work with the firm within the past five years; and. 6.
