Location: Plainfield School, 92 Bonner Road Meriden, NH 03770 2. The project includes approximately 1600 sq. ft of major renovation plus 440 sq. ft of new space; there is another 600 sq. ft of possible alternate renovation depending on cost estimates. The school is approximately 28,000 sf. SUSTAINABLE BUILDING The School District and School Board are committed to sustainable building practices. SCOPE OF PRE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES 1. Provide conceptual estimates at key milestones of development. Assume 4 rounds of estimating; At Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and and GMP) 2. During the review of options, provide any value engineering ideas for facilities committee review 3. Attend monthly facilities meetings and school board meetings upon request to provide updates to administration throughout the process. 4. Provide Guaranteed Maximum Price ( GMP) with contract for construction after the bidding period. SCHEDULE: The Owner anticipates that construction manager's preconstruction services will begin immediately after contract execution: The schedule is intended to adhere to school district deadlines and funding cycles. Preliminary schematic designs will be completed by late June for preliminary estimates with to establish an estimated GMP by early July 2025. Final designs to be completed August 2025.
