The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is soliciting bids for Sediment Delivery Corrections. The project is located near Ptomac, MT. From Bonner, MT, take Highway 200 east 16 miles to Morrison Lane, take Morrison Lane south of Highway 200 approximately 4.0 miles to a brown gate on the west side of Ashby Creek Road. This is the start of the Potomac Haul Route. All road miles included in this contract start at this gate. Bidders having questions or requiring clarification or interpretation of any section within this Limited Solicitation (LS) must address the question in writing utilizing the Q & A board within eMACS. Questions received after the deadline listed within eMACS may not be considered. From the date this LS is issued until an offeror is selected and announced by the procurement officer, offerors shall not communicate with any state staff regarding this procurement, except at the direction of Contracting Officer, the procurement officer in charge of the solicitation.
