Third party delivery is entirely at the bidder's risk. In general, the work consists of: replacement of an old inefficient boiler with two efficient boilers. Replace obsolete 41 water heater with indirect domestic water heater system. Replace AHU/AC in Room 118. Conduct work related to 42 all piping and miscellaneous finishes.
