The Contract will be for a minimum of one (1) year. The proposed agreement may be renewed for two (2) one-year extensions with a total of three possible years for the bid, provided that by at least 45 days prior to end of the contract both parties agree to an extension under the same terms and conditions as exist in the current contract.
