Demolition of Existing 2-story Police Station, Construction of new 39,000+ SF 2-Story Police Station. Demolition of the existing two story, and basement Burlington Police Station Building. Upon completion of the demolition work, commence construction a new 39,000+ square foot, two story with basement Police Station building and all related site work. The new Police Station will consist of 3-bay sally port, detention areas including booking area, cells and holding areas. Other police related spaces include administrative offices, communication equipment room, evidence storage and processing areas, locker rooms, fitness room, 5 lane firing range, meeting room, storage, toilet rooms and interview rooms.
