The BURLINGTON HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Bathroom Sink and Faucet Replacement at State Aided Development: Birchcrest Arms (667-1) in Burlington, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by GANNETT FLEMING. Replacement of sink and shower valves, and shower controls in 40 apartments. The Project consists of but not limited to: Replacement of bathroom sinks and shower valves in 40 units All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 08/06/2025 at 5:00AM EDT for general bids. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the BURLINGTON HOUSING AUTHORITY.
