Site work for a water / sewer project in Burlington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work under this contract includes the following work items. Base Bid: Replacement of 308 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sewer and other related tasks in the Town of Burlington, Massachusetts. Additional scope items and details on the work to be performed are provided in the contract documents. Alternate Bid No. 1 Installation of 2,233 linear feet of 8-inch diameter cured-in-place pipe, 103 linear feet of 12-inch diameter cured-in-place pipe, 114 linear feet of 15-inch diameter cured-in-place pipe, and 203 linear feet of 21-inch dimeter cured-in-place pipe, cutting of five (5) protruding objects, and other related tasks in the Town of Burlington, Massachusetts. Additional scope items and details on the work to be performed are provided in the contract documents. The work of the contract shall be completed by November 15, 2025. Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, cash, certified check, treasurer's or cashier's check payable to the Owner, is required in the amount of five percent of the bid, in accordance with Section 00200, INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The selected contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as stipulated in Section 00700 GENERAL CONDITIONS of these specifications. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to reject any or all bids. Please contact Project Management at 800-624-9220 with any questions.
