Passero Associates is soliciting professional Resident Project Representative services during the Construction Phase for renovations and additions to the Terminal Building at Adirondack Regional Airport (SLK), in Saranac Lake, NY. This task would be under the scope of Passero's Construction Management services and would include: maintaining a field office at the airport, daily site observation and field reports, communication with the Prime Contractors, Passero, and Owner, review of completed work and pay applications, and review for conformance with design documents and approved shop drawings. Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 4.8%
