Renovation of a municipal facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 28,400-square-foot, five-story above grade municipal facility.
For Renovation of Office Space in the Justice Center. for a Period of Sixty Days, Overview Outagamie County is seeking bids from qualified contractors to renovate an open area into three offices within the 3 rd floor of the County Justice Center located at 320 S Walnut St., Appleton WI. The remodeled area will be approximately 617 square feet and will be a level 1 alteration. 2.0 Scope of Work Contractor shall provide all materials and complete all work per McMahons following drawing and specifications: Drawings by McMahon Engineers Architects titled "Third Floor Remodel For: Outagamie County Justice Center" dated May 16, 2025 (15 pages). Project Specifications per McMahon Engineers Architects Specification Manual titled "Justice Center Office Renovations" dated May 16, 2025 (78 pages). Project will be lump sum base bid with one alternate. Site Restrictions Noise The work area is located directly above numerous courtrooms. Work that would cause noise to vibrate through the building into the courtrooms could not be done while courtis in session. That is usually Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. An Example of work which would cause the noise or vibration would be hammer drilling into the concrete floor or walls. These types of noisy activities if necessary shall be done outside of the courts schedule.
