Bids & ProposalsFrames and Hardware, New Restroom/changing Room Fixtures and Accessories, Painting of Pool Surfaces, Paintingof Exterior Steel, Installation of New Water Feature, General Plumbing, Electrical and Hvac Bidder Will Be Required to Have Performance Bond/labor and Material Payment Bond in the Amount of 100% of theContract, Cost of Bond Shall Be Included in Bid.No Bid Shall Be Received Unless Accompanied by a Bid Bond Equal to Five Percent of the Bid, Payable to the Cityas a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Proper Contract and Bond Within10 Days From the Date the Lowest Responsible Bidder's Bid is Accepted. If the Bidder Fails to File Such Contractand Bond Within the Time Set by the City, the Check or Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited to the City as LiquidatedDamages.The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Accept Any Bid Deemed for the Best Interests of theCity and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding.
