Site work for a mixed-use development in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Requesting bids for the construction of multi-sport courts and upgrades to the baseball field within Plamann Park, located in Appleton. Scope of Service Provide all labor and materials needed to complete scope of work as outlined in the following: Project Specifications per Rettler Corporation Project #23.045 dated June 2025 (252 pages). Construction Drawings per Rettler Corporation plans titled "Outagamie County Plamann Park Multi-Sport Courts Project" (17 pages). Project will be a lump sum base bid and have 5 alternates which are all deductions. A contract will be issued no later than end of day August 15, 2025. The awarded contractor must achieve substantial completion of the project by 3:00 pm CT May 15, 2026. Failure to complete the project by May 15, 2026 will result in a $250.00 per calendar day liquidated damages penalty. The Contractor could complete the project in stages and do the majority of the work in 2025 and complete site restoration in 2026.
