City of Moraine is accepting proposal packages for 2025 PARKING LOT SEALING AND STRIPING Additional information can be found on the City's website: www.ci.moraine.oh.us 6-17,6-24/2025 A price proposal shall include all cleaning, sealing, striping, and traffic control necessary for a complete project. Pricing for the work requested at the location noted is required and shall be included on the Proposal Price Sheet. Crack sealing All crack sealer shall be in accordance with ODOT Construction and Material Specifications Item 423 Crack Sealing, Hot Applied. The pavement shall be dry and cleaned of all debris prior to crack sealing. Material tickets of the product used shall be provided to the City upon request and with all invoicing. Cleaning and sealing All pavement sealer shall be Tarconite(R), or approved equivalent. The pavement shall be dry and cleaned of all debris prior to sealing and striping. Two coats of the Tarconite(R) seal are to be applied according to the manufacturer's specifications. Material tickets of the product used shall be provided to the City upon request and with all invoicing. Striping All striping shall be in accordance with ODOT Construction and material Specifications Chapter 640 Pavement Marking. The pavement shall be dry and cleaned of all debris prior to marking.
