Furnish Irrigation Control System Support, Services, and Subscriptions for the Golf Division During the bid opening process, the bidders will be announced as well as bid amounts. Also, the bid tabulation will be posted, as always, online. Any Bid Addenda will be issued online, and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). All interested bidders should check online from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. The effective period of this contract will be two years unless otherwise noted in the specifications. Continuation of the terms of this contract beyond the fiscal year is contingent on availability of funds in the following year's budget. In the event of unavailability of such funds, the Somerset County Park Commission reserves the right to cancel this contract. Faxed or emailed bids will NOT be accepted. Question Deadline 07/02/2025 No oral interpretation of the meaning of the specifications will be made to any bidder. Every request for an interpretation shall be in writing, addressed to the Purchasing Agent, referencing the Contract Name and Contract Number in the subject line, at PurchasingDiv@co.somerset.nj.us. In order to be given consideration, written requests for interpretation and or clarification must be received at last three (3) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids.
