Renovation of a municipal facility in Somerville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Somerset County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and that said Surety will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of successful bidder's contract. All Bid Addenda will be issued on the County website at www.co.somerset.nj.us, and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-23(c)(2). All interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
