Contractor shall supply and deliver a Goulds Pump in accordance with requirements, line-item descriptions, terms, and conditions. The successful Contractor shall furnish a Goulds Pump Model: NM 3196 for the Virginia Initiative Plant located at 5406 Powhatan Ave, Norfolk VA 23508. Please direct all questions concerning this solicitation to the HRSD Procurement Office Purchaser indicated in the solicitation. HRSD reserves the right to waive informalities. Informality is a minor defect or variation of a solicitation or proposal from the exact requirements of the request, which does not affect the price, quality, and quantity or delivery schedule for the goods, services or construction being procured. The Chief of Procurement's decision shall be final.
