Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of September 15, 2025, an awarded general contractor has been confirmed. All trades have been awarded. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to fourth quarter 2025. This project will upgrade the West Seattle Stadium to current accessibility standards, including improvement to accessible routes, parking stalls, providing wheelchair seating and a platform lift to the south concrete grandstands, restroom and interior improvements, and other work. This project also includes two additives: Additive No. 1 covers epoxy flooring over sealed concrete in restrooms, and Additive No. 2 includes construction of an additional ramp from the parking area to the concrete bleacher structure.
