The project consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor to construct an eight foot (8) wide multi-use path (MUP) along the right-of way of Memorial Drive from Pompano Drive to Sebring Parkway in Sebring, FL for an approximate distance of 7,500 linear feet (Alternate: City of Sebring Utility Modifications). If the successful Bid is greater than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00), a Public Construction Bond will be required. An Irrevocable Letter of Credit may be considered in lieu of the Public Construction Bond depending on its verbiage. The Bidder must be Licensed to do this work in the State of Florida. The Bid must be accompanied by evidence of the Bidders qualifications to do business in the State of Florida. The principal features of the Project are: To provide all materials, equipment, and labor to construct an eight foot (8) wide multi-use path (MUP) along the right-of way of Memorial Drive from Pompano Drive to Sebring Parkway in Sebring, FL for an approximate distance of 7,500 linear feet (Alternate: City of Sebring Utility Modifications). The project also includes installation of associated drainage features, temporary traffic control, removal and replacement of traffic control devices, and the installation of sod within the right-of-way. The contractor will also be responsible for maintenance of traffic and creating the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Control Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the NPDES Permit.
