Pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act or CCNA), the Board of County Commissioners, Highlands County, Florida, and the Board of County Commissioners sitting as the Board of Supervisors of various Special Benefit Districts of Highlands County, Florida, hereby gives notice that it intends to award per category, continuing contracts for professional services for each scope of practice specified herein and seeks responses for the acquisition of professional services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, registered surveyor and mapper services, planning services, construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services and geotechnical services.
