Reference Number 0000390327 Scope of Work: Consultant will assist the MAPS Office in the development and design of the MAPS 4 Beautification - Phase 3 project. A master plan was prepared and approved by City Council on May 20, 2025 and will provide guidance for the design consultants. The scope consists of design and construction administration services for multiple specific project sites which could include key interstate corridors, gateways, pedestrian bridges, key arterials, and intersections. Services will include meeting with City officials, stakeholders, ODOT, and user groups as well as making presentations to the MAPS 4 Connectivity Subcommittee, MAPS 4 Citizens Advisory Board and City Council along with the various design review committees as established by ordinance.
