Prospective offerors are required to attend a MANDATORY pre-proposal conference/ to be held at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, July 2nd, 2025 via at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. The conference will be held for the purpose of site investigation and permit general discussions regarding this Screening Information Request. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Proposals from offerors who did not attend the pre-proposal conference WILL NOT be considered for award. The project will upgrade the existing electrical main service equipment, Motor Control Centers, and some secondary switchboards downstream from the main service. The work will be accomplished in different phases with scheduled power outages. The project consists of a Base Bid and ten (10) bid options: 1. Base Bid: a. Providing and installing temporary power substations to provide temporary power as needed during the construction. b. Replacing the building's 4000A main-tie-main switchgear in its entirety. c. Re-connecting the feeder branch circuits. d. Installing 2 busduct tap boxes. e. Replacing existing motor starters at the 800A Motor Control Center. f. Replacing a 1600A switchboard. g. Replacing a 400A switchboard. Re-using the existing feeder branch circuits conductors. The conductor sizes range from #2 AWG to 500Kcmil AWG. Offerors are allowed to send a maximum of TWO (2) individuals to represent their proposal (to include proposal team member, if applicable).
