Work on this project at the existing Evanston Water Plant includes excavation and stabilization behind the revetment, stabilization using cellular fill and stone, and adding new revetment stone. BID BOND: 5% of Contract Amount PERFORMANCE/MATERIAL & LABOR PAYMENT BOND: 100% of Contract Amount CONTRACT PERIOD: Substantial Completion: May 25th, 2026 The City of Evanston has a goal of awarding 25% of its contracts to MinorityOwned and Women-Owned Disadvantaged Enterprise businesses (M/W/D/EBEs) in compliance with the State of Illinois Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Policy.
