The project at Utah State University involves a remodel of interior space within the Campus Store to facilitate a new Starbucks as well as enhance Campus Store with remodeled office space and new flooring. ADDENDUM DEADLINE MONDAY, JUNE 30, 2025 12:00 PM VIA Email Substantial Completion Date Wednesday, September 24, 2025 A bid bond properly signed by the contractor and a qualified surety, on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, in the amount of 5% of the bid, shall accompany the bid submission. Liquidated Damages: $1,000 / Day The successful bidder, simultaneously with the execution of the Contract Agreement, will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the AIA Document A312 - 2010 Performance and Payment Bond, or equivalent. These fully executed/signed bonds are to be e-mailed to jared.leatham@usu.edu . Bids may be withdrawn on written request received from bidder prior to the time fixed for opening. Negligence on the part of the bidder in preparing the bid confers no right for the withdrawal of the bid after it has been opened. USU reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
