**As of August 11th, 2025, the project was awarded to MJ Underground, with an awarded amount of $2,318,680.64.** City/County Crest Hill Approx 2250' of watermain replacement, storm sewer upgrades and sanitary upgrades. New curb and gutter, sidewalk and full replacement of pavement with the aggergate subgrade staying as is. Project Location: City of Crest Hill Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation. Prequalification forms may be secured from the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764. ILDOT - Watermain Replacement, Sidewalk and Full Replacement of Pavement With the Aggergate Subgrade Water main and service installation; Storm sewer removal and installation; Pavement removal and restoration; Pavement resurfacing; Driveway, Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter removal and replacement; Landscape restoration This utilization plan includes a total Business Enterprise Program utilization goal of 28 %.
