Renovation of an educational facility in Crest Hill, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of March 13, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 26, 2026. Proposals are being accepted for general construction work specifically for lighting modifications to Chaney Monge School. Proposals must be delivered to the District Office and include a Bid Bond equal to 10% of the Base Proposal price. Contractors are encouraged to attend a walk-through following a pre-bid meeting at the school, though attendance is not required. Any additional visits to the school must be approved in advance by the Owner. Contractors must pay State of Illinois Prevailing Wage Rates and comply with all State of Illinois Equal Opportunity Employment Policies. Drawings and specifications can be downloaded from the office of the Architect, Newman Architecture, by contacting the Architect for instructions.
