Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Crest Hill, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of widening the existing 9-10-foot-wide aggregate path to construct a 10-footwide hot-mix asphalt bicycle path with 2-foot-wide earth shoulders and minor realignments. The work will include HMA bike path, aggregate base courses, existing path reshaping, tree pruning and protection, placement of embankments, drainage improvements, signing, restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project.
