2025 Hailstorm Structure Repairs The Regional Water Resource Agency (RWRA) has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit bids from qualified BIDDERS to furnish a lump sum bid to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and services to completely repair damages to multiple RWRA buildings and facilities sustained during the 2025 Hailstorm. RWRA facilities with scheduled repairs are spread throughout Daviess County at Treatment Plants, Operations Building and Pump Station locations. Repairs will be made at RWRA facility sites and include a wide range of scopes of work such as Demolition, Electrical, Mechanical-HVAC, Roofing (metal and membrane), Gutters, Siding, Windows, Doors (overhead and man), Awnings (aluminum), Paint and Misc. Carpentry. Repairs will vary from full replacements to minor spot-repairs. Any request for additional information or clarification must be received in writing no later than 2:00 p.m. (CST), June 17, 2025.
