The City of Cartersville has contracted Pennant Construction Management, Inc. to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of the Dellinger Park Softball Renovation to include fieldhouse, dugouts and other site improvements at 100 Pine Grove Road, Cartersville, Georgia. Pennant Construction Management is seeking licensed and insured subcontractors to participate in the project in the following trades: demolition, concrete, masonry, steel/wood structure, commercial doors/windows, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall/insulation/acoustical ceilings, landscaping, flooring, paint, asphalt paving, fencing and site work/utilities. Subcontractors will be required to be licensed in the State of Georgia and carry adequate workers comp and general liability insurance.
