**As of July 30, 2025, the project was awarded to Constructors, Inc., with an awarded amount of $519,389.70.** The work involved includes the following: SCHEDULE I Rehabilitate Taxiway C (STA 58+24 to 75+03) Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company or a certified check in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to the City of Roswell. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and must bid on all items of every schedule. The City of Roswell reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the opening thereof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
