For: Demolition/site Clearance - 1048 Rear East Main Street in Wanamie, Pa Bid Security in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid, in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates Apply to Any Contract Over $25,000.00. In Addition to Eeo Executive Order 11246, Contractors Must Also Establish a 6.9% Goal for Female Participation and a 0.6% Goal for Minority Participation in the Aggregate on-site Construction Workforce for Contracts More Than $10,000 as Per the Notice of Requirement for Affirmative Action as Contained in the Contract Documents. The Township of Newport Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Informalities in the Bidding and is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven, (7) or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration
