As of September 02, 2025, project was awarded to Goodwin & Goodwin, Inc., awarded amount is $370,325.75. The project includes installation of approximately 600 feet of 8-inch ductile iron water line by open cut and directional bore. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The City of Fort Smith encourages participation of small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, either as a general contractor or subcontractor. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Fort Smith is an Equal Opportunity Employer Male/Female.
