Site work for a municipal facility in Anastasia Is, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to remove the existing welcome sign and install a new double-sided, full-color LED digital ground sign with remote message-changing capabilities. The new sign must match or in acceptable size dimensions of the existing structure and conform to all applicable City Code regulations regarding size, height and illumination. The City of St. Augustine reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals or parts of bids/proposals, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request re-bids/resubmussions on the required materials or service. The City also reserves the right to award the contract on such material the City deems will best serve its interest. It further reserves the right to award the contract on a split order basis, lump sum, or individual item as is, or such combination as shall best serve the interests of the City unless otherwise stated. The City also reserves the right to waive minor variations to specifications (interpretation of minor variances will be made by applicable City staff).
