In the event the Designated Point of Contact is absent or otherwise unavailable for more than three (3) business days, firms may contact Steven Baez, Procurement Coordinator at sbaez@sjcfl.us. The purpose of this IFB is to solicit Bids from qualified Bidders to complete the hardening of a beach parking lot by constructing a seawall around the parking area. This includes a sheet pile seawall with concrete cap, as well as the framing and construction of a wooden overlook, stairs, ADA ramp, benches, and railing for pedestrian access to the beach, and other ancillary site improvements.
