The Cherokee Nation is requesting sealed proposals for Construction Management At-Risk Services from Indian and non-Indian owned firms for the Claremore Healthcare Campus to be located in Claremore (Rogers County), Oklahoma. Indian/TERO preference applicable. Purchasing Department to be considered eligible for award. Late submittals will not be accepted or considered for award. Submittal must be sealed and clearly marked SEALED PROPOSAL, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT-RISK SERVICES CLAREMORE HEALTHCARE CAMPUS DO NOT OPEN. Sealed responses are to include 1 original, 5 copies and 1 USB drive. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. Document with link to specifications posted.
